Md. Woman Fatally Struck on Highway

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A Potomac woman was fatally struck by a tractor trailer Wednesday on I-270.

The victim, Xiaming Pan, 46, was struck at Route 117 by driver, Charles Evans Jr., 46, of Baltimore in Gaithersburg at about 10:53 a.m.

The investigation is ongoing.
