Md. Police Arrest Child Porn Suspect Living Near Daycare

Columbia, Md. (WJZ) – Maryland State Police arrested a Frederick County man on child pornography and sex abuse related charges on Thursday.

The suspect is 28-year-old Joseph Joe Garza, and he was arrested and transported to the Frederick County Detention Center.

During the investigation, authorities say they found several images and videos of child pornography, and Garza admitted to having sexual contact with minors.

Police also believe Garza is a tenant of the residence which runs a registered day care.

The Task Force also provides community awareness campaigns for helping to prevent the spread of these crimes through education.
