Md. Officials Stocking Popular Fishing Locations With Trout

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Officials in Maryland are stocking popular fishing locations with trout.

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources says that if the weather cooperates, officials will release about 25,000 trout by the end of October.

Officials are stocking locations including Bear Creek, Big Elk Creek, Deer Creek, Great Seneca Creek, Town Creek and Tuckahoe Creek. They're also stocking lakes, including Blairs Valley Lake, Greenbelt Lake, Lake Artemesia and Wheatley Lake.
