Md. Home Selling For $100, A Chocolate Recipe Will Close The Deal

TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (WJZ)--A Maryland home is selling for $100, but you will need a sweetener to close the deal.

Christina Summers is holding a contest to find the best chocolate recipe.

The entry fee is $100 and the prize is a 1,400 square-foot home in Temple Hills appraised at over $200,000.

Christina is a chocolatier and says she will use the winning recipe at her company.
