McCormick Files Suit Against Miami Spice Company Over Old Bay Lookalike
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- McCormick & Co. has filed a federal lawsuit against a Florida-based spice company, claiming the packaging for one of its products too closely resembles that of its signature Old Bay.
According to the Miami Herald, the suit against Badia Spices was filed June 10.
