Maryland Weather: Severe Thunderstorms Moved Through State

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Some strong storms moved through Maryland on Sunday, and several areas were hit with some severe thunderstorm warnings.

There was a severe thunderstorm warning for northeastern Baltimore City, southeastern Baltimore County until 7:45 p.m., and in Cecil County until 9:30 p.m.

There is a flood warning is in effect for the same areas until 12:30 a.m. Monday, and a flash flood warning was in effect for Baltimore County until 11:45 p.m.

Severe thunderstorms moved through Carroll, Howard, Montgomery and Frederick counties. There were warnings in effect until 6:45 p.m.
