Maryland Weather: Severe Thunderstorms Warnings Canceled Throughout Md.

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Severe thunderstorm watches and warnings were canceled across the state as severe weather moved through the area.

Severe weather moved through the region and several thunderstorm watches and warnings were issued for several Maryland counties through the afternoon.

A severe thunderstorm warning was in effect for Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester County in Maryland until 6 p.m. It has since expired.

A severe thunderstorm warning was in effect for Caroline until 5:45 p.m and has also since expired.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard and Baltimore City, Calvert, Kent, Cecil, Charles, Caroline, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Prince Georges and St. Marys County in MD until 4:30pm.

Rains and clouds should move out of the area overnight. But you could still wake up to gray skies Saturday morning. But then it'll clear out.
