Maryland Weather | Severe Storms Could Impact The Region Sunday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Maryland could see severe weather throughout much of the state on Sunday night.

Storms are moving northeast at 35 mph. Wind gusts as high as 60 mph have even been reported.

A Severe Thunder Storm Watch is in effect for Allegany, Carroll, Frederick and Washington Counties until 9 p.m.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for Frederick and Washington County until 3:45 p.m.

Most of Maryland will see temperatures in the upper-80's throughout the afternoon.
