Southbound I-95 Reopened Near Havre De Grace After Crash
HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- All southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Havre de Grace have reopened as of 6:15 p.m. after a crash temporarily blocked travel.
The crash was reported prior to Exit 89.
Maryland Department of Transportation traffic cameras appeared to show a tractor trailer on fire.
