Maryland State Trooper Indicted For Allegedly Forcing Sex On Woman At Gunpoint

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WJZ) -- A Maryland State trooper was indicted for sex offenses and assault Tuesday.

According to Prince George's County State's Attorney Angela Alsobrooks, Brian Tucker has been indicted for a first-degree sex offense and related charges after he allegedly forced anal intercourse on a woman while holding her at gun point.

On July 6, an off-duty Tucker, picked up the victim on Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights. They agreed to have sex and Tucker drove the victim into an industrial area and they engaged in consensual sex.

Tucker told her he wanted anal intercourse and when she refused he put his service weapon to her head and forced it.

A Prince George's County police officer who was paroling the area came upon Tucker and his victim. The victim told the officer Tucker had a gun and forced her to have anal sex.

Tucker, identified himself as a Maryland State trooper, and was taken into custody and charged.

He was also charged with a second-degree sex offense, first- and second-degree assault and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence.

Tucker is currently free on $500,000 bond. According to MSP, he remains suspended without pay.
