Maryland Is The 24th Best State For Working Moms, Report Finds

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Just in time for Mother's Day, personal finance website Wallethub came out with a list of the best and worst states for working moms.

The study ranked Maryland in the middle, coming in 24th place.

The study focused on childcare systems, professional opportunities and work-life balance.

Washington D.C. made the top-five, ranking No. 5 on the list.

Massachusetts took the No. 1 spot on the list, while Louisiana came in last place.
