Maryland Is One Of The Worst States To Drive In, Study Finds

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A chaos-free commute might be hard to come by, but in some states it's better than others.

According to a new WalletHub study, Maryland is one of the worst states for drivers.

The site looked at factors including traffic congestion, average gas prices and auto theft rates. Maryland was ranked 47th on the list.

Texas was named as the best state for drivers, followed by Indiana and North Caroline.

Hawaii was named the worst.
