Maryland Awards $10 Million To Fill Potholes

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Transportation officials say Maryland has awarded $10 million in grants to all 23 counties and Baltimore city to fix potholes and repair roads.

The money is from Maryland's Transportation Trust Fund. It was approved by the General Assembly during its recently ended 2014 session.

The Department of Transportation said in a news release this week that the largest grant of $1.15 million was awarded to Baltimore County.
