68 Marijuana Plants Recovered In Northwest Baltimore City

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore City Police have recovered 68 marijuana plants with a street value of up to $100,000.

The bust was conducted by the Northwest District Operations Squad, which received a citizen's tip about a week ago.

A 56-year-old man has been taken into custody and is facing charges.

Police say because confiscation was the result of a tip from the community, it shows the progress in community-police relations.
