Man Wanted For Allegedly Stealing Elderly Woman's Wallet, Going On Shopping Spree In Severna Park

SEVERNA PARK, Md. (WJZ) — Detective are trying to locate a person who stole a wallet from an elderly woman at the Harris Teeter in Severna Park on October 14.
Police say the man pictured below used the woman's credit cards for multiple transactions at Target, Wal-Mart and Best Buy.
