2 Shot, 1 Fatally On Easter Sunday In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Two people were shot, one fatally, on Easter Sunday in Baltimore.

Police say officers were called to the 1300 block of Boyd Street just before 4:30 a.m. on Sunday for a report of an injured person. When they arrived they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Earlier on Sunday, at about 2:15 a.m., a 17-year-old boy was shot in the shoulder on the 6000 block of Moravia Road. Police say he is expected to survive his injuries.
