Man Shot Inside His Windsor Mill Apartment; Suspect Unknown
WINDSOR MILL, Md. (WJZ)—Baltimore County Police are trying to unravel a mysterious shooting.
They say it happened in the 7000-block of Rudsill Court in Windsor Mill.
Just after 6 p.m. Monday, a 39-year-old man was shot once inside his apartment.
He was taken to Shock Trauma and is still being treated there.
At this point, detectives have no idea who shot him or why.
