Man Killed In Baltimore House Fire

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Crews found one person dead while responding to a fire in west Baltimore.

It happened Friday in the unit block of South Mount Olivet Lane. Firefighters were told that someone was on the second floor.

Officials say the body of an unidentified man in his sixties was found on the second floor of the building. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

It's unclear at this time what caused the death and what sparked the blaze.

One family has been displaced.

The estimated damage is $70,000.
