Man Indicted After Fatal Boat Accident That Left 2 Dead

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Timothy Wilson was charged after a boat accident that left two women dead over the summer.

Six people were injured and Windy Lawson and Kimberly Ervin were killed after their boat slammed into a protective pillar at Key Bridge and Fort Carroll.

Lawson and Ervin were not wearing life jackets.

Wilson faces two counts each of manslaughter by vessel, homicide by vessel while under the influence of alcohol, homicide by vessel while impaired by alcohol, homicide by vessel while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance and homicide by vessel while impaired by drugs.

He was released on $25,000 bond.
