Police: Homeowner won't be charged after shooting two burglary suspects in Dundalk

BALTIMORE --Two burglary suspects were shot by a homeowner early Thursday in Dundalk, Baltimore County Police said.

Police said that around 4:25 a.m., suspects were attempting to break into a homeowner's shed in the 4200 block of Lynhurst Road. One of the suspects showed a gun.

However, according to police, the homeowner fired his gun and shot two suspects.

One of the suspects was found at the scene with a gunshot wound while the other was located injured in a wooded area. They were both taken to the hospital.

The homeowner will not be charged, according to the Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office. Charges are pending for the burglary suspects.
