Man Gets 'Phelps Face' Tattooed On Him

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Canadian man has gotten a artistic rendering of the now infamous "Phelps Face" -- which the Baltimore-native and most decorated Olympic athlete of all time made at South African swimmer Chad le Clos ahead of their semifinal Monday night --tattooed on him.

(More on the Phelps/le Clos history HERE.)

An artist named Livia Tsang tweeted a photo of the tattoo, which she says she gave to her boss, on Thursday.

They both work at Chronic Ink Tattoo Shop in Toronto.
