Man Fatally Stabbed In Oxon Hill Apartment Building

OXON HILL, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police say a man was fatally stabbed in an apartment building in Oxon Hill.

It happened about 12:45 a.m. Thursday on Livingston Road. Police say officers on patrol found 18-year-old Jerome Michael Toy of Oxon Hill in the road with a stab wound to his upper body.

Authorities say the officers administered first aid, but Toy died at hospital.

Police say Toy was stabbed in an apartment building, ran from the building and collapsed in the street. Investigators do not believe the crime was random.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this crime.
