Man Dead After Crash On Interstate 83 In Parkton
PARKTON, Md. (AP) -- A 44-year-old man has died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 North in northern Baltimore County.
Maryland State Police believe that Victor Roy Siaffah-Pratt was speeding Sunday evening when he lost control of his vehicle in Parkton, hitting the interstate's left and right guard rails.
Police say Siaffah-Pratt was the only person in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Maryland State Highway Administration said the crash closed the highway between Old York and Middletown roads late Sunday. Interstate 83 was open Monday morning.
