Man Cuts Marriage Proposal Visible From Plane In Farm Field

AU GRES, Mich. (AP) — A man cut a marriage proposal that's visible from the air into a field at his family's farm in Michigan and got the answer he was seeking during a plane ride.

WNEM-TV reports Devin Huber and Lisa Marshall had been dating nearly three years when Huber decided to take to the skies to propose.

"MARRY ME" was cut into the wheat field at Huber's family farm in Au Gres and Huber enlisted the help of a friend for the plane ride. The station says they few over West Branch, where Marshall grew up, and on the way back flew over the proposal.

Huber says he got down on one knee and asked if Marshall would marry him. She said yes and a wedding is planned in August 2017.
