Man Charged With Murder In Hagerstown Shooting

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Court documents show a Frederick man has been charged with murder in the shooting of a man last month in Hagerstown.

Twenty-three-year-old Albert Diaz was also charged with attempted murder in the Sept. 8 shooting after another man was left paralyzed from the waist down.

The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that police found 30-year-old Corey L. Lee dying and Aaron Wolfkill wounded on Hager Street.

Court records show that Diaz was also injured in the shooting, and was treated at Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Diaz was arrested Wednesday and is being held on $500,000 bond.
