Man Charged With Killing Unlicensed Cab Driver
MILLERSVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a man they say fatally shot an unlicensed cab driver.
Twenty-one-year-old Shupelle Gunter of Baltimore was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 46-year-old Seydou Ba of Gaithersburg.
Police found Ba dead from a gunshot wound in his car in Millersville early Monday. Investigators identified Gunter as a suspect, and officers say Gunter lured Ba to the location after an earlier dispute.
