Anne Arundel County Man Charged With Assault After Fight With Litterbug
EDGEWATER, Md. (WJZ) -- An argument over littering leads to an arrest.
Anne Arundel County Police say witnesses saw the victim throw a cup out of his vehicle.
The suspect, Timothy Zois, told the victim to pick up his trash.
The two started to argue and then got into a physical fight.
Police say Zois hit the victim in the face, causing him to fall hard and hit his head.
The victim was taken to Shock Trauma. His condition is not known.
Zois is now charged with second-degree assault.
