Man Charged In Connection With Nude Pizza Shop Burglary

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Detectives have charged a suspect in connection with the burglary of a Towson Pizza restaurant on November 10.

Jonathan Karron Newman, 23, of the Unit block of Parham Circle, has been charged with second-degree burglary and related charges. He was released on $50,000 bail.

Police say the burglary happened around 6 a.m., at Slice of Towson on West Pennsylvania Avenue.

The suspect was seen on surveillance tape entering the pizza joint, taking off his clothes, damaging a vent hood and some registers, then taking cash from the registers and running out.
