Man Arrested With Loaded Handgun In East Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A man was arrested with a loaded handgun in East Baltimore on Thursday.

Police say an officer was on patrol in the 100 block of S. Ellwood Avenue when he noticed a man with a gun.

Joseph Roane, 21, was arrested at the scene. He is being held at Central Booking.
