Machado Ejected After Punches Thrown Against Royals

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A brawl broke out at Camden Yards on Tuesday after Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura threw a 99-mile per hour fastball at Manny Machado in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Machado retaliated, charging the mound and landing at least one punch. Both benches cleared.

Machado was ultimately ejected from the game. So was Ventura.

After the scuffle, the Orioles responded by hitting back-to-back home runs.

Jimmys Seafood later announced the restaurant would be offering Machado free crab cakes for life.
