Love Letter To Baltimore City Mural Series Now Complete

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake celebrates the completion of new community murals.

The Love Letter to Baltimore was created by artist Stephen Powers.

The image above is one of the murals along Russell Street behind the Fitch Company building.

The project is a series of nine murals throughout parts of the city.
