Looters Who Stole Lotto Tickets During Riots Can't Cash In

BALTIMORE (WJZ)--People who stole scratch-off tickets during the April riots won't be able to cash in on them.

According to our media partner the Baltimore Sun, the Maryland Lottery says looters stole thousands of tickets worth tens of thousands of dollars during the April riots.

Retailers can report the "book number" of the tickets stolen, and the agency will put a block on those tickets, so winners can't cash in.
