Local Pups Celebrate Howloween

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Canines in costume! Halloween may be days away but some Baltimore-area pups are getting in the spirit early.

Pooches were on parade at the annual Howloween costume contest.

Our own Ron Matz emceed the event at Paw Point in Robert E. Lee Park.

Dog owners brought their four-legged friends dressed as everything from dragons to Tootsie Rolls and even a hot dog!
