Local Company Gets Contract To Create Redevelopment Plans For Pimlico, Laurel Park

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Maryland Stadium Authority has awarded a contract to a local company to come up with plans to redevelop both Pimlico and Laurel Park.
The contract, of just under $1 million, went to Ayers Saint Gross.
The design for the redevelopment of both sites is expected to take two years.
It will not interfere with the Preakness in May.
