Lightning Strike Causes House Fire In Baltimore County
WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ) -- A Woodlawn home caught on fire after lightning struck it Thursday afternoon.
The Baltimore County Fire Department responded to the 3400 block of Flannery Lane around 3 p.m. for a fire showing from a roof of a two-story duplex.

The fire was knocked out quickly.
Firefighters determined the fire started from a lightning strike.
Update:#bcofd // Dwelling Fire//3400 Block of Flannery Lane// fire has been placed under control. Cause of the fire has been determined to be from a lightning strike. No further information at this time. ^MJ
