Last Charged Dropped Against Freddie Gray Activist Kwame Rose

BALTIMORE (WJZ/AP) - A judge has reversed the sole conviction against a Baltimore activist accused of unlawfully using a megaphone while protesting the mistrial of a police officer charged in the death of Freddie Gray.

Our media partner, The Baltimore Sun reports a Circuit Court judge on appeal Monday dismissed Kwame Rose's conviction of failing to obey a law enforcement order while protesting the mistrial of Baltimore City Police Officer William Porter.

Rose was charged with obstructing vehicle traffic in front of the courthouse, obstructing pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk, disturbing the peace by using the bull horn.

Rose had originally been found guilty on the failing to charge but found not guilty of three underlying violations.
