Large Water Main Break In West Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 36-inch water main break is causing major issues in West Baltimore.

DPW crews have been on the scene in the 2700 block of  Gwynns Falls Parkway since 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Crews have shut off water to the area while they make repairs.

No word on how many homes are impacted.

Crews are also laying down salt to prevent any freezing overnight.

It's unclear when the water will be turned back on.
