Kitten Stolen From Baltimore County Pet Store

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Baltimore County pet store is asking for the public's help with finding a kitten that was stolen from their store Tuesday.

According to Baltimore County Police Cpl. John Wachter, an officer responded to the Petco in the 1700 block of York Road in Timonium shortly before 8:30 p.m. on July 5.

Pet Rescue of Maryland says the 3-month-old orange tabby kitten's name is Honeysuckle. Workers there believe teenagers are responsible for the theft.

They say they will not press charges if Honeysuckle is returned to the store safely, and they are offering a reward for information leading to his return. The rescue can be reached at 410-627-6563.

Police say anyone with information about Honeysuckle should call the Cockeysville Precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-1820.
