Keion Carpenter Says Never Mind The Play Call Butler Made A Great Play
Keion Carpenter is a former defensive back in the NFL who is also a part of our Monday Morning QB show.
Keion joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Patriots 28-24 win over the Seahawks.
Keion started off by talking about the final play of the Super Bowl saying "I think it was an outstanding play made by that defensive back, everyone is talking about the play call but just a great play he wanted the ball more than the receiver." As for the play call and whether or not it was the problem along with the play being short of the goal line Keion said "the receiver didn't run his route deep enough...the play call my first initial thought was wow why would he do that?...everyone thought beast mode was going to get the ball, why not use play action."
