Joe joined Ed & Terry to talk about the Ravens re-signing Dennis Pitta to a new 5 year contract.
Ed asked Joe about the deal given to Dennis Pitta and whether or not the Ravens overpaid Pitta or did what they needed to do to keep their own. Joe thought it was a good deal because they needed to keep their own guy and keep some weapons that Joe is comfortable with.
Terry then brought up how this contract could affect the Ravens keeping other pending free agents. Joe said that Eugene Monroe now becomes the top priority and that with keeping Pitta the Ravens can now go away from drafting Eric Ebron and look to add more talent to the offensive line.
