The Ravens also say that wide receiver Breshad Perriman returned to practice after a hamstring injury, and running back Danny Woodhead as well.
The Ravens had been reporting throughout Flacco's recovery that he is on track to play the season opener next Sunday against the Bengals.
The Ravens say Flacco resumed throwing last week.
In a press conference on Saturday, Coach John Harbaugh said that Flacco looked "looked good," and will be looking to see how he responds to having played.

"It was awesome being back on the field -- just like it always is -- and to be with my guys. I feel excited about the season we have coming up."
