Jeremy Conn: 5 Players To Watch In The Tournament

Some players are just exciting to watch. Here are players I think you should watch in the NCAA Tournament. They're not necessarily the best players in the Tourney but they are a lot of fun to watch. In no particular order.

1. Tyus Jones - Duke: He averages 11.6 points per game. Most people look at Okafor and Cook as the best players on this team, deservedly so. But Jones is one of the most fun guards to watch in the tournament. He can heat up in an instant and he will play a huge role in Duke's success.

2.D'Angelo Russell - Ohio State: He averages 19.3 points per game. This guy is one of the best players in the country. He can do it all. He averaged over 5 assists and rebounds a game as well. He has a sweet left handed stroke from the outside and can take any player off the dribble.

3. Jerian Grant - Notre Dame: He averages 16.8 points per game. Also watch Pat Connaughton who is averaging 12.8 points per game. Pat was drafted by the Orioles in last years MLB Draft. Both of these guys can fill it up and score in bunches. Grant is a difficult player to guard and has unlimited range.

4. Seth Tuttle - Northern Iowa: He Averages 15.3 points per game. He has been called a poor mans Larry Bird. He lead his team in points, rebounds, assists and blocked shots. The entire offense runs through him and they surround him with great 3 point shooters. Really looking forward to watching Tuttle play a few games.

5. Larry Nance Jr. - Wyoming: He Averages 16.1 points a game. Wyoming will be playing Northern Iowa so one of these 2 players will not move on to the next round. Im sure you recognize the name and this kid can leap out of the gym just like dad could. He is the heart and soul of the Wyoming team and can ignite the crowd with his ability to throw down from anywhere in the paint.
