Jason Bonk Thinks Brady Will Play In Week One But May Miss Later Games

Jason Bonk is a sports attorney and litigator for the Cozen O'Connor firm in New York.

Jason joined Ken and Steve to talk about the Tom Brady deflate gate appeal case.

Steve asked Jason about his take on yesterday's proceedings. Jason acknowledged that not much was accomplished yesterday saying, "I feel bad for anyone who came in from out of town because they saw nothing yesterday. The NFL remains on the side that Brady should except guilt while Tom Brady's camp will only admit to not cooperating with the investigation. I am more sympathetic to the Brady camp at this point."

Ken asked Jason about his prediction for how this case will end. Jason believes that Brady is likely to start the season in week one but finishing it will be another issue, "yes he will be playing (week one). I am more interested though to see what happens games 15 and 16."

Jason went on to discuss what we can expect during the next round of hearings in this case as well as his take on Judge Berman and what we can expect to hear from him during the rest of the proceedings.
