Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Shut Down Lanes Of I-95 North In Baltimore County
ROSSVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused major delays along Interstate 95 in Baltimore County Wednesday morning.
All lanes were blocked on I-95 North just past the exit 64/I-695.
MDOT traffic maps said the collision involved three vehicles.
Anticipate extended closure of NB I-95 in Rossville/White Marsh area due to crash response and cleanup operations. Traffic detoured at I-695 (Ex64). Alt routes of US 40, MD 7 or US 1. Express Toll Lanes open under normal tolling operations (no I-695 access). #baltraffic

From Chopper 13, you could see traffic was backed up for miles. There was also debris on the roadway.
