Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Shuts Down 2 Lanes Of I-95
HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A jackknifed tractor trailer caused delays on southbound I-95 Monday afternoon.
According to the Maryland Transportation Authority, two left lanes were blocked past Route 22, exit. 85. They reopened just before 4 p.m.
