Investigation After Man Shot In The Head, Killed In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police detectives are investigating after a man was shot in the head and killed early Monday morning.

Around 2:54 a.m. Southern District Patrol units responded to the 3800 block of 10th Street for several calls reporting gunfire.

They soon located the victim, a 20-year-old man, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where despite doctors efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
