Indecent Exposure Charge Dropped Against Maryland Lawmaker

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- The Montgomery County State's Attorney's office says it has dropped charges of indecent exposure and trespassing against a Maryland lawmaker.

State's Attorney's spokesman Ramon Korionoff said in a statement Tuesday that the incident on June 27 involving Democratic Del. Ariana Kelly is better for family court.

According to court records, Kelly's ex-husband, Barak Sanford, told police Kelly was dropping her children off when she argued with Sanford and his fiancee.

Police say Kelly, 39, lifted her shirt and exposed her breasts during the incident.
