I-95 Back Open After Tractor Trailer Overturns On Tydings Bridge

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Shortly before 3:30 p.m. Thursday, I-95 was back open in both directions after a tractor trailer accident on the Tydings Bridge.
It appears that the truck overturned on the bridge headed southbound. There are bridge wind restrictions in place because of the severe weather Thursday.
