I-83 Accident Causes Major Delays In Northbound Lanes

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Rush hour traffic came to a halt Tuesday morning after a multi-car crash on I-83 in the northbound lanes near the Pepsi sign.
Traffic was backed up for several hours while tow trucks were called in. Traffic heading southbound was also impacted, according to highway officials, due to rubber necking.
Traffic was flowing normally by the afternoon.
