Husband Arrested as Suspect in Wife's Murder

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police arrested 48-year-old Charles Ruffin as a suspect in the murder of his wife, 41-year-old Tiffany Ruffin.

Around 2:40 p.m. Sunday officers responded to the 1700 block of Appleton Street and discovered the victim suffering from head trauma and unresponsive.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives identified her husband Charles as a suspect and he was taken into custody by another jurisdiction and is waiting to be extradited.
